Baseball/Softball Hitting Instructor for Infinite Hitting Clubhouse

Position Summary: A Hitting Instructor is responsible for teaching the swing to players ranging from 8 years old to professional athletes. The objective is to get baseball and softball players game ready. Coaches daily task will include reviewing game video, planning lessons, teaching players on the swing, and building players confidence through results. Performance Objectives: Maximize players results in games Develop players on mechanics and metrics Help accomplish the players goal Experience: Prior coaching experience is not required, however playing at the collegiate is a must. Growth: There are growth opportunities including, but not limited to, managing your own facility.
