As a member of the Keystone Association of Christian Schools in Pennsylvania, Twin Valley Bible Academy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Administrator (Minister of Education) to join our team. The ideal candidate will inspire both staff and children to make God the master of their character, scholarship, and worldview, advancing the kingdom of God, and restoring the Christian foundation of America. They will demonstrate exceptional skills of leadership, work ethic, and personal courage to promote the success of the school under the authority of the school president and school board. Job Requirements: Be a regular, full member of Twin Valley Bible Chapel Refrain from public and private sins as required by both the Bible and the handbook of TVBC Live an exemplary life of spiritual godliness and growth before student, parent, staff, and outsider alike Managing school staff for both their betterment and the success of the school Preparing staff schedules Overseeing financials of the institution Leading and guiding the PTA for the betterment of the school’s population Recruiting teachers and staff Advertising for students in the community Working under the guidance of the elder board and the President of the Academy Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills Strong leadership and management skills Ability to delegate tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to the mission and values of Twin Valley Bible Academy Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in Christian leadership roles Education: A Master’s Degree in a related field is preferred. If not currently held, the candidate must be willing to pursue a Master’s Degree, which will be paid for by the school.
