As a Buyer's Specialist, you will be responsible for consulting with and guiding clients through the entire home-buying process. From nurturing leads into clients to showing homes to writing contracts and negotiating offers, you will be the buyer's primary point of contact to make sure they have a positive experience. If this sounds like you, start your application today!Responsibilities:Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a homeCoordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired resultsGive potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing marketPrepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful closeMake sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budgetArrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyersQualifications:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPossess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by carApplicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree desiredOver 1 year of buyer's agent or real estate experience preferredSufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industryAn interest in the Northeast Ohio real estate marketPrevious experience in real estate is preferred, but not requiredPrior sales experience (of any kind) is also helpfulMost importantly, must love working with and helping peopleAbout Company:Us, in a nutshell: We are Licensed Real Estate agents, real estate investors, and entrepreneurs.
