Business Development Director (Remote-Seattle)We are seeking a high impact Director of Business Development to spearhead our next phase of growth. This remote role centers on strategic market expansion, revenue acceleration, and building long term partnerships in a dynamic and competitive landscape.What You’ll Do:Drive proactive prospecting across multiple channels (LinkedIn, warm intros, networking, events, personal network)Lead high-level discovery conversations with CMOs and senior marketing leadersOwn the full sales cycle from origination to closeDevelop proposals and manage follow-up with disciplineMaintain accurate pipeline forecasting in Pipedrive CRMPrioritize high-probability opportunities with strategic judgmentCollaborate with internal leadership while operating independentlyQUALIFICATIONS7+ years of B2B sales or business development experienceProven track record of quota attainmentExperience selling consultative and intangible servicesStrong executive presence and ability to engage senior marketing leadersFull-cycle sales ownership experienceCRM proficiency (Pipedrive preferred)Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to operate independently in a remote environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldExperience working within EOS® is highly desirableCOMPENSATIONSalary range: $130K to $150KOn Target Earnings (Year 1): $230KCommission aligned to revenue performanceDiscretionary bonus potentialRemote role with national territory coverage.Travel required (6 conferences per year + 2 team offsites).Please submit your CV if you have the requisite skills as outlined above and are a highly competitive individual with excellent communication skills.
