HR Operations GeneralistDuration: 3 months (possible extension/conversion)Location: Garden Grove, CA 92841 (100% onsite)HR Generalist supporting a 350+ employee, multi-shift manufacturing site. Partners with leaders and employees to drive HR operations, compliance, and employee relations.Key Responsibilities:Manage onboarding, offboarding, HRIS, benefits, and payroll coordinationServe as primary contact for employee relations; conduct investigations and resolve issuesEnsure compliance with employment laws and company policies; support auditsAssist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding for hourly rolesTrack and analyze HR metrics (turnover, attendance, headcount)Partner cross-functionally with Operations, EHS, Payroll, and HR teamsSupport performance management, training, and employee engagement initiativesQualifications:2+ years HR Generalist experience (manufacturing preferred)Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practicesBachelor’s degree and/or SHRM certification preferred
