Executive IT Support Technician

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (to include, but not limited to): Executive Device Management: Oversee and manage all Apple devices (i.e., MacBooks, iPads, iPhones) utilized by the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring they are up-to-date, secure, and fully functional at all times. Technical Support: Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient technical support for any hardware, software, or network-related issues encountered by executives. Troubleshoot and resolve problems to minimize disruptions to their workflow. Data Security and Backup: Implement robust security measures to safeguard sensitive data on executive devices. Regularly back up critical information to prevent data loss. Software Installation and Updates: Install, update, and configure software applications needed by the Executive Leadership Team. Ensure compatibility and maintain appropriate licensing for all software. Device Configuration and Customization: Customize Apple devices based on executives' preferences and needs, optimizing their usability and productivity. Technology Training: Provide one-on-one or group training sessions to familiarize executives with the latest Apple technologies, software, and productivity tools. Remote Support: Offer remote technical support to executives when they are traveling or working from off-site locations. Collaboration with IT Team: Work closely with the IT team to escalate and address complex technical issues, collaborate on system upgrades, and ensure seamless integration with the company's IT infrastructure. Collaboration with Cyber Team: Work closely with the Cyber team to escalate and address complex security issues and ensure full compliance with company cyber policies. Hardware Inventory and Procurement: Maintain an accurate inventory of all Apple devices assigned to the Executive Leadership Team. Assist in the procurement process for new hardware and accessories as needed. Stay Informed on Apple Trends: Stay updated with the latest Apple product releases, features, and updates to provide proactive recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team on potential improvements. QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience as an Apple-focused IT support specialist or technician with a track record of supporting Apple devices in a professional and executive environment. In-depth knowledge of macOS, iOS, and related software applications commonly used in business settings. Familiarity with Apple device management tools, mobile device management (MDM) solutions, and remote support tools. Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with high-level executives and handle confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, executive-level environment. Apple certifications such as ACMT (Apple Certified Mac Technician) or ACiT (Apple Certified iOS Technician) are a plus.
