Turnover Manager

Job Title: Turnover Package Lead (BSS / TCCC)Location: Lebanon, IN (Onsite – 5 days/week)Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Turnover Package Lead (BSS / TCCC) to oversee end-to-end system turnover for a large-scale pharmaceutical capital project. This role is responsible for ensuring all systems are properly completed, documented, tested, and handed over in compliance with project and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in turnover methodologies and the ability to manage cross-functional coordination across construction, commissioning, and quality teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage system turnover packages with full ownership of care, custody, and controlAct as the final approver/signatory for turnover packages following testing, mechanical completion (MC), and commissioningTrack and coordinate turnover readiness across multiple systems (HVAC, electrical, structural, building systems)Ensure all turnover documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-readyMaintain a clear and traceable documentation trail from construction through final handoverCollaborate with EPC, construction, commissioning, and owner teams to ensure timely turnoverParticipate in readiness, coordination, and review meetingsOversee documentation processes including generation, review, compilation, and transferSupport turnover activities in both greenfield and brownfield environmentsRequired QualificationsExtensive experience in system turnover for large pharmaceutical capital projectsStrong knowledge of BSS and TCCC turnover methodologiesExperience working with EPC firms across construction, testing, and commissioning phasesProven experience as final approver/signatory for turnover packagesStrong documentation control and audit readiness experienceAbility to manage cross-functional teams and provide high-level oversightPharmaceutical manufacturing experience required (Big Pharma preferred)Preferred ExperienceExperience with large, complex pharmaceutical manufacturing facilitiesExposure to high-volume, multi-system turnover environmentsExperience in both greenfield and brownfield projectsKey SkillsTurnover and commissioning coordinationDocumentation management and complianceCross-functional leadership and communicationAttention to detail and audit readinessProblem-solving and decision-makingApply / Refer:AbhiPhone: +1 (469)429-8068
