Travel Physical Therapist - Acute Care Hospital

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an acute care hospital setting in Urbana, IL, with Epic EMR experience and Level 1 Trauma background required.Job Details• Acute care inpatient therapy unit at a hospital setting,• Day shift, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM,• 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day,• No weekend or holiday shifts required,• No floating requirements,• Epic EMR used; experience required,Job Requirements• Illinois PT license required if applicable,• Current BLS certification (AHA) required,• Epic EMR experience required,• Level 1 Trauma experience required,• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required,• New graduates will be considered,• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible,Additional Information• Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients of all ages, developing and modifying individualized plans of care, and documenting in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards,• Collaborates with patients, families, and the broader medical team to communicate patient status, discharge planning, and equipment needs,• Provides supervision to PTAs and rehabilitation technicians in accordance with regulatory guidelines,• Serves as a clinical resource for staff and students,• Contingent workers may not remain on continuous assignment at this health system for more than 1 year; a 6-month break in service is required before returning to any facility within the system,• RTO is limited to no more than 7 days per 13-week contract
