Join The Coleman TeamThe Office Clerk will assist the Office Manager in performing administrative and clerical duties at the service center level.Essential Functions and Duties:Provide quality service to walk-in customers and on the phoneFax, copy and scan paperworkCommunicate with moving crewsPerform general housekeeping duties and maintain inventory of suppliesPrepare various reports for management and maintain required forms and logsSet up appointments for surveys/deliveriesFiling and organizing paperworkOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Interpersonal communicationKnowledge of company softwareAbility to multitaskGeneral knowledge of bookkeeping principlesFamiliarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and ExcelRequired Education and Experience:Required: High school diploma or GEDWorking Conditions:IndoorsOffice environmentSitting for long periods of timeFrequent use of telephoneOccasionally lifting objects up to 30 pounds
