Job DetailsWarehouse / Logistics CoordinatorWe are supporting a rapidly growing next-generation telecom hardware provider seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to support production planning and global logistics operations. This is a fast-paced, startup-style environment that requires someone who can perform multiple functions with minimal supervision. The role supports production control, inventory management across remote contract manufacturing facilities, direct order fulfillment, and worldwide logistics coordination. This position is fully onsite in Maynard, MA.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport production control activities in alignment with manufacturing schedulesCreate and update purchase orders in Oracle Cloud or SAPReceive inventory into the ERP system and issue materials to manufacturingTrack inventory levels across remote contract manufacturing partnersPerform inventory reconciliation between physical shipments and ERP system recordsManage shipment confirmations and monitor delivery statusSupport direct order fulfillment in a ship-to-customer modelCoordinate domestic and international shipments, including preparation of international shipping documentationProvide worldwide logistics support across multiple stakeholdersRequired Qualifications3+ year of warehouse or distribution experienceShipping and receiving experienceBasic Excel skills and comfort working with numbersERP system experience, preferably Oracle Cloud or SAPStrong communication skills and proactive mindsetAbility to take initiative and work independently in a fast-moving environmentAbility to lift 15-20 poundsComfortable with extended periods of sitting, bending, lifting, and reachingPreferred QualificationsInternational shipping experienceOracle Cloud experienceExperience working with major carriers such as UPS and FedExInventory management experienceTSG is an equal opportunity employer.
