Program Manager - EVSE Assets and Logistics

Job DescriptionAre you ready to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a Program Manager – EVSE Assets and Logistics to help define, build, and manage a comprehensive Asset Management program for EVSE equipment.This position supports a growing portfolio of EVSE‑related assets—including chargers, skids, and spare parts—across North America and future international locations. You will partner with Project Management, Facilities Management, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), and external vendors to support both new capital installations and site decommissioning activities.You will also collaborate with O&M teams and vendors to track preventive maintenance schedules, helping maximize uptime, availability, and reliability of DC fast‑charging (DCFC) equipment.Pay: $150,000–$175,000The pay listed is the salary range for this position. For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM 2026 Employee Benefits | Staff & ManagementResponsibilitiesContract Management: Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics (KPIs/OKRs) related to equipment uptime and performance.Operational Excellence: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), stakeholder training materials, and O&M programs to improve reliability and availability of EVSE equipment.Service Standards: Ensure compliance with customer specifications and contractual requirements.Performance Analysis: Monitor and manage both technical performance (e.g., charging success rates) and operational performance (equipment condition and service resources).Cross‑functional Coordination: Lead coordination with EVSE vendors (OEMs and Charging‑as‑a‑Service partners) and internal teams including Vehicle Operations and Facilities Management. Support communications related to planned and unplanned operational events.QualificationsEducation & Experience: Advanced degree in a related field and 7 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Logistics Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehousing and/or transportation logistics. Experience in EVSE or related industries (solar, BESS, renewables, or energy infrastructure) preferred.Technical Skills: Experience with asset management and inventory systems, transportation and logistics processes, procurement, and Google Workspace tools.Safety Awareness: Basic knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety best practices for handling and transporting large equipment.Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build reporting frameworks, prepare business documentation, and present information to managers, stakeholders, and vendors.Travel: Approximately 25% travel required.About UsABM (NYSE: ABM) is one of the world’s largest providers of integrated facility, engineering, and infrastructure solutions.
