The cornerstone of this position assures that every product that leaves our production facility meets our high-quality standards.CLICK HERE to View Full Job DescriptionAfter 6 months you'll know you were successful if you are able to:Adhere to quality specifications and ensure that all products meet expectationsSuccessfully engaged in process improvement projectsMonitor control process in a manufacturing environment using specific tools and equipmentPerform microbiology operations and report and analyze resultsMinimum Qualifications21 years or olderEducation:High School Diploma or equivalentApplicable coursework in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, other science fields, and/or relevant food/beverage industry experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel for plotting/tracking data on spreadsheets, and the Google suite of productsAble to lift and laterally move by hand-filled half-kegs (154 lbs.)Able to move heavier items such as kegs, drums, totes, and pallets, using tools such as a hand truck or pallet jackSchedule: Wednesday through Saturday, with a Wednesday rotation of 4-days-on/3-days-off and then 3-days-on/4-days-off. The shifts are 12-hour shifts, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.Pay & Benefits: Wage range -$20.25- $24.00/ hr.
