This role is responsible for preparing, presenting, and maintaining high-quality buffet offerings that meet elevated standards of taste, appearance, and consistency. The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume cooking environments and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes for premium buffet service, including hot and cold items.Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.Maintain consistent portioning and minimize food waste.Monitor buffet stations, replenishing items promptly and maintaining an attractive display.Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.Assist with menu planning and development of new buffet offerings.Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.Properly store food and manage inventory levels.
