Manufacturing Technician II (Contract) - 1st ShiftLocation: Waukesha, WIPay: $22-$24/hourShift: 1st shiftOverviewOur client is hiring a Manufacturing Technician II to assemble electronic cable assemblies and components to customer specifications. This role requires attention to detail, technical aptitude, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions.ResponsibilitiesAssemble cables, connectors, and components per specificationsRead and interpret work orders, diagrams, and technical drawingsPerform soldering, crimping, cutting, and cable markingOperate equipment such as wire markers and overmold pressesApply labels, shrink tubing, and finishing componentsPerform basic testing and troubleshooting (continuity/short testing)Complete production documentation and quality recordsSupport team goals and maintain quality standardsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED2-3 years of experience with electronics, PCB, or small componentsAbility to read technical drawings and follow instructionsStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityTeam-oriented with good communication skillsAdditional Info1st shift scheduleClimate-controlled environmentLift up to 50 lbs (occasionally more)Use of PPE requiredPay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
