The Physical Therapist will assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions for individuals with neurological or functional challenges. Daily responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, designing personalized therapy programs, overseeing rehabilitation progress, and providing patient education. Staff will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver impactful care.QualificationsBackground in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and MedicineProficiency in Patient Care and Home Care practicesAbility to develop and implement tailored therapeutic interventionsEffective communication and interpersonal skills for patient educationKnowledge of strategies for addressing neurological and functional deficitsDedication to providing compassionate, patient-centered careLicensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure) is preferredPrior experience in a volunteer or pro-bono healthcare setting is a plus
