PLC Programmer - Contract Germany | Automotive commissioning projects | Immediate starts available Job DescriptionWe have a number of contract opportunities available for experienced PLC Programmers to support high-value automotive commissioning projects based in Germany. This is an excellent opportunity to work on bespoke automation machinery, including pick-and-place systems, within a fast-paced engineering environment. Key ResponsibilitiesCommission PLC software on high-value automotive automation projects. Work on bespoke machinery, including pick-and-place systems. Support installation, testing, troubleshooting, and optimisation during commissioning phases. Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure systems are delivered to specification. Identify and resolve control system issues efficiently on site. Essential ExperienceStrong experience programming and commissioning PLC systems using Siemens TIA Portal. Previous experience working within the automotive sector. Confident working on site during commissioning and start-up phases. Ability to troubleshoot automation and control system issues independently. Desirable SkillsProfinet experience. Sinamics experience. Motion control experience. Offline programming experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.
