Associate, Credit Finance & ReportingA leading global alternative investment platform is looking to add an Associate to its Credit Finance team in New York.This is a highly visible opportunity supporting senior finance leadership across a large scale credit and real assets business. The role offers exposure across multiple investment strategies and is ideal for someone who wants a broader platform level perspective rather than being tied to a single fund.The team is seeking someone with a strong accounting foundation who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and partnering across investment, finance, and operations teams.Key areas of focus include: • Coordinating and consolidating financial and reporting data across investment platforms • Supporting reporting, variance analysis, and financial review processes • Partnering with fund administrators and internal stakeholders on accounting and operational initiatives • Assisting with process improvement, automation, and reporting efficiency projects • Working with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, and other data driven solutionsIdeal background: • 2–3 years of experience within public accounting or financial services • Exposure to investment management, private markets, or SEC reporting environments • CPA completed or in progress • Strong Excel and analytical skill set • Interest in automation, technology, and improving finance workflowsExcellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a dynamic buy side environment with strong mentorship, broad exposure, and long term growth potential.
