Sales Support Specialist - Excel Proficiency

Job DescriptionAre you ready to jumpstart your career in a dynamic industry?We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Customer Support Specialist to join our team.This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer service and wants to gain valuable experience in the steel trading industry.You’ll work closely with both our Sales and Operations teams, learning the ins and outs of the business while ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.Key Responsibilities:Manage and respond to customer inquiries with a focus on providing timely and accurate information. Serve as a bridge between our sales, operations, and logistics teams, ensuring smooth and efficient communication. Coordinate and track orders, deliveries, and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring prompt and satisfactory solutions. Assist the sales team with preparing and managing sales documentation, contracts, and reports. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, helping track performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Support the implementation and upkeep of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency. Requirements:Recent graduate or 1-3 years of relevant experience in business, marketing, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive problem-solver with keen attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Willingness to travel as needed. Desired Skills (Not Required, But a Plus):Interest in the steel industry or related fields. Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes. Customer-focused mindset with a desire to provide high-quality service. A self-starter who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
