Job Title: Warehouse AssociateLocation: Marshfield, WisconsinCompany: I-State Truck CentersScheduled Shift: M - F, 8:30am- 5:00pm CST.Join I-State Truck Center at our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Marshfield, Wisconsin. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse Associate to support our growing operation. In this role, you will be part of a high-performing team responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of parts through receiving, stocking, shipping, and order fulfillment. You will also help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment—critical to ensuring employee safety and inventory accuracy.Job Duties:RECEIVING & STOCKINGReceive, inspect, unpack, sort, and label incoming shipments.Identify and reject damaged items; document shortages and work with vendors to resolve discrepancies.Submit freight or product claims as needed.Accurately bin stock orders according to part number, vendor, or other predetermined systems.Use computer systems to receive purchase orders and print labels.Notify Parts Counter staff when customer orders arrive.Participate in regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records of incoming goods.Perform all necessary computer functions to track inventory movement.ASSEMBLE ORDERS & STAGE THEM FOR DELIVERYPick, assemble, and stage customer and shop orders for timely distribution.Fulfill internal supply requests for service departments.Process billing for completed orders.SHIPPINGSchedule carriers for outgoing LTL shipments.Package, weigh, and ship small parcels via UPS, FedEx, and SpeeDee.Add freight charges to customer orders.Maintains inventory of shipping materials and suppliesMaintain records of outgoing shipmentsSetup call tags for parts that we need back from a customerPICK UP & DELIVER LOCAL PARTSTransport parts and materials between receiving, production areas, warehouses, internal departments, and local customers.Make pick-ups and deliveries to suppliers using a company vehicle.MAINTAIN WAREHOUSES, DEPARTMENT VEHICLES, & EQUIPMENTMaintain and organize warehouses to ensure the efficient location of partsCleanliness of warehouse and inspection of forklifts and other equipment is needed to ensure the safety of everyone entering the warehouse or operating the equipmentEnsure Shipping & Receiving vehicles are clean & taken in for routine maintenanceDesired Qualities/Skills:Experience using a Windows computerProficient written and verbal communication skillsEfficient and thorough with exceptional organizational skillsMust show initiative and have a dependable work ethicMust be able to work efficiently with a team and independentlyThe ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basisOccasionally there is a need to lift greater than 50 lbsMust have a valid Wisconsin driver's licenseExperience operating forklifts is preferredPrior warehouse experience is preferredExperience using Excel, Word, Outlook, etc., preferredBenefits:Employee BenefitsCompetitive Wages – Be paid your worth!Tuition assistance - for educational and ongoing career growthHealth, dental and vision coverage - begins on the first day of the following month.Paid Time Off - (PTO) starts accruing day one of your full-time employment.Holidays - 6 Holidays and 2 Floating Holidays per year401(K) - with company matching.Long Term Disability - SuppliedShort Term Disability - SuppliedLife Insurance - SuppliedHealthiest You - Virtual Health Care paid by Interstate.PPE Reimbursement- Safety Glasses and Safety Boot ReimbursementPet Insurance – We care about our furry friends!Employee Discounts - available on products and servicesPaid Employee Assistance Program - Free 24/7 Access to a guidance consultant regarding life challenges you or family member may face.Paid Health and Well-being screening - for employees and their spousePlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
