Our initiative is driven by a commitment to bringing dignity and humanity, one shower at a time.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC, for an Executive Director at Project Outpour. The Executive Director will be responsible for strategic planning, ensuring consistent and smooth daily operations, managing staff, building relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the financial health of the organization through fundraising, grant writing, and partnership development. The role also involves representing the organization in the community, driving program growth, and ensuring alignment with its mission to serve and bring dignity to our unhoused neighbors.QualificationsProven experience in leadership, organizational management, and strategic planningStrong skills in fundraising, grant writing, donor relations, and community partnership developmentExcellent communication, public speaking, and writing skillsExperience managing teams, volunteers, and fostering a positive organizational cultureBudgeting, financial management, bookkeeping, and resource allocation abilitiesPassion for social impact and serving the communityKnowledge of nonprofit operations, including compliance and governanceExperience working with individuals impacted by homelessness or related social servicesBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit management, public administration, or related fields
