Project Manager, Firm Marketing
Gregory FCA, one of the nation’s largest PR firms, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager of Firm Marketing to centralize and oversee a wide range of marketing campaigns and tasks across our offices in Philadelphia, New York, Boston, and London. This role is focused on enhancing our firm's brand visibility and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. Reporting directly to a member of the executive management team, you will coordinate with various internal teams to assure timely execution of marketing initiatives and effective collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Centralize Marketing Efforts: Manage and coordinate all firm marketing activities to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all offices.
Project Management: Utilize Asana software to oversee workflows, timelines, and team collaborations, ensuring all marketing projects run smoothly and are completed on time.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between Business Development, Director of Creative Operations, VP of Social Media, Regional Directors and various departments to align marketing strategies and objectives.
Campaign Coordination: Oversee tasks such as coordinating trade show appearances, digital marketing initiatives, blog and website updates, email marketing campaigns, and content distribution.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive brand image.
Event Management: Drive the firm's presence at key conferences and industry events, coordinating logistics and promotional activities.
Internal Marketing: Develop strategies to market our services to existing clients, enhancing client engagement and retention.
Agency Award and Speaking Engagements: Proactively seek opportunities to gain recognition for the agency through award submissions and coordinating speaking engagements. Coordinate all submissions and logistics working with vertical team leads.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to executive management on marketing initiatives, project statuses, and performance metrics.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably within a multi-office environment.
Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools.
Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
