The Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure optimal team performance, and implement strategies to meet company objectives. Responsibilities include leading safety initiatives, supervising staff, managing budgets, route optimization, improving operational processes, preparing performance reports, and maintaining compliance with regulations on safety and Department of Transportation. The role also involves fostering team collaboration and driving innovation to achieve organizational goals.QualificationsPrior experience as a driver, manager or other delivery related role with FedEx or delivery contractor.Strong leadership skills combined with team management and mentorship experienceProficiency in operational processes, strategic planning, and resource managementExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesEffective communication, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with logistical software and tools is a plusAbility to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlinesPrevious experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline
