This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, coordinating and supervising a team of housekeeping staff, and ensuring quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include managing contractor schedules, conducting training, monitoring inventory for cleaning supplies, and addressing customer service needs related to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
