SPEECH LANGUAGE ASSOCIATE- 2026-27 SCHOOL YEAR

The Bryan County School System is accepting applications for a Speech Language Associate (SLA) vacancy for the 2026-2027 school year. The successful candidate must meet all certification requirements in the appropriate field(s) of education (Speech Language Associate). In addition to appropriate certification/licensure, Bryan County Schools desires candidates to have all required skills and abilities which include a thorough knowledge of speech and language development, communication disorders, and evidence-based intervention techniques for students with communication needs. Responsibilities include providing direct speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a certified Speech-Language Pathologist; assisting with data collection; implementing IEP goals and documenting student progress; preparing and organizing therapy materials and activities; collaborating with teachers and staff to support students in classroom settings; and maintaining confidentiality while adhering to all district, state, federal, and professional standards.The opening and closing dates of the posting are an estimation of the time required to solicit applications for our posted position.
