This role is responsible for ensuring a high-quality guest experience, supporting smooth coordination between vendors, and maintaining efficient execution of service standards. You will act as the primary on-the-ground leader during your shift, supporting staff and vendors, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and well-run environment. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead front-of-house operations during assigned shifts, ensuring the food hall is clean, organized, and fully guest-ready at all timesAct as the main point of contact between vendors, staff, and management, handling real-time issues and escalating when neededMonitor vendor readiness, service times, and overall performance to support a smooth and consistent guest experienceProvide a welcoming and professional presence on the floor, addressing guest questions, feedback, and concerns in real timeSupport peak service moments across the space as needed, including assisting vendors or stepping into service areasSupervise and support hourly staff, maintaining accountability, floor coverage, and clear communication throughout the shiftHelp train and guide team members on service standards and day-to-day operationsMaintain cleanliness and organization across all shared spaces, including seating areas, restrooms, and common areasConduct regular walkthroughs to ensure safety, cleanliness, and overall readiness of the spaceAssist with execution of on-site events and programming, helping coordinate logistics and maintain a smooth guest flowComplete shift reports and log important updates, incidents, and operational notesSupport inventory tracking of shared supplies and communicate restocking needsAssist with opening and closing responsibilities, including closing the facility in line with established proceduresAbout You:2+ years of experience in hospitality, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role preferred; food hall or multi-concept experience is a plusComfortable leading a shift and supporting a team in a fast-paced environmentStrong communiction skills with the ability to interact confidently with guests, vendors, and staffAble to stay organized, think on your feet, and troubleshoot issues in real timeReliable, accountable, and able to take initiative without constant directionPositive, team-oriented approach with a focus on maintaining a strong floor presenceComfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a high-volume settingAbility to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidaysComfortable standing and moving throughout a full shiftAbility to lift and carry up to 40–50 lbs as needed\n\nMore detail about Olly Olly Market part of 16 On Center, please visit https://culinaryagents.com/entities/286313-Olly-Olly-Market
