Title: Admin AssistantLocation: New York, NY 10020Duration: 6 months (Possible Extension/Conversion)Pay Range: $20/hr - $35/hrThe Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, (paid time , paid sick and safe time , hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, paid holidays annually - AS Applicable) Description:Role SummaryProvide high?level administrative and operational support to senior audit leadership, enabling the efficient day?to?day functioning of the department.This role partners closely with executives, managers, and key stakeholders to coordinate logistics, manage information flow, and support departmental priorities with a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, correspondence, and meeting logisticsProactively manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders and time zonesCoordinate and support department meetings, leadership sessions, events, and ad?hoc projects, ensuring materials, logistics, and follow?ups are well organizedServe as a liaison between audit leadership and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and timely responsesPrepare meeting notes, reports, presentations, and other executive?level materials with accuracy and professionalismSubmit and track system access requests and other onboarding or operational requests for employees and contractorsSupport continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline administrative processes and implementing feedback from leadershipRequired Skills & CapabilitiesStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and logistics simultaneouslyMust have Japanese Language Proficiency Sound judgment, critical thinking, and problem?solving skills in a fast?paced, executive environmentAbility to engage confidently and professionally with C?suite executives and senior stakeholders, including close coordination with respective executive assistants on complex scheduling and logisticsDemonstrated ability to receive feedback and implement improvements effectivelyHigh degree of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential informationFollows established procedures and practices while exercising appropriate initiative, creativity, and independent judgmentPreferred QualificationsPrior experience supporting senior executives, preferably within audit, risk, or finance in a highly regulated environmentExperience with SAP or similar expense management toolsStrong proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
