CA Gen Developer

We are looking for a Full time/contract employee for a CA Gen Developer. CA Gen - Responsible for analysis, design, code, and testing of multiple components of application code for multiple Texas Medicaid systems using CASE tools (CA Gen / AllFusion Gen / Cool: Gen). Involved in maintenance, enhancement, and/or development work of modules and those that interface with other applications. Has a range of technical skills including CASE tool development, structured programming, and SQL. Combines technical skills with knowledge of Texas Medicaid systems and business processes to develop effective solutions. As a senior team member, performs coaching, coordinates/oversee the work of others, and may lead small work efforts. Significant client interaction and responsible for maintaining client relationships. Participates in pager/on-call support, deployment of production releases, and introduction of new services into a production environment. Helps identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.? Minimum 5 years of experience in using the CA: GEN/IEF Case tool. Minimum 3 years of experience in a Tandem/NONSTOP/TACL environment Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Minimum of 4 years of experience working in the Healthcare industry.
