This role is responsible for reviewing and validating data, supporting data processing and migration activities, maintaining system information, and assisting with business and process improvement projects.The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and comfortable working with large datasets and multiple business systems.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the management and maintenance of internal data systemsReview and validate data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistencyPerform data entry, manipulation, cleansing, merging, and migration of large datasetsIdentify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistenciesAssist with analyzing business requirements and operational needsSupport system-related projects, testing, and configuration activitiesMaintain accurate business and technical documentationAssist with project tracking, timelines, and deliverablesCollaborate with Project Managers and internal departments to support successful project outcomesAssist with process improvement initiatives related to data management and system performanceSupport ERP, CRM, database, and other internal business systems as neededPerform additional duties and projects as assignedQualificationsRequired:Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large datasetsStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsStrong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work with databases, systems, and interconnected dataStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentPreferred:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related fieldExperience with data processing, data migration, or data managementExperience with ERP, CRM, or database systemsExperience supporting system implementations or process improvement projectsAdministrative or data-processing experience in a business environmentBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceShort-Term and Long-Term Disability coveragePaid Time Off and Paid Holidays401(k) with company match after one year of employmentAdditional voluntary benefits, including pet insurance
