Walters Wholesale Electric, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Associate to join our team. This position will be located in our Lake Forest, CA location. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and process orders via phone and email with accuracy and urgency. Provide quotes on pricing, delivery, and payment terms; suggest alternative products when needed. Support outside sales representatives by managing transactions, quotes, and order follow-ups. Track open orders, backorders, and project statuses to ensure timely customer communication. Build strong customer relationships by offering knowledgeable and solution-oriented service. Coordinate with internal teams including credit, warehouse, and counter sales as needed. Recommend and help implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency. Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or electrical distribution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Eclipse or Solar ERP is strongly preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities. Comfortable with basic math and product comparisons; must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
