A company is looking for a Systems Programming Analyst for a remote, contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Perform programming and analysis on complex business systems
Formulate and define system scope and objectives for assigned projects
Design, code, test, debug, modify, and document complex systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
8+ years of experience in programming on mainframes, minicomputers, or personal computers
Working knowledge of procedures, utilities, and job control languages
Thorough knowledge of database design and operating systems applicable to mainframe/midrange environments
Ability to complete complex assignments and provide guidance to less experienced staff
