Manages all aspects of client programming including insurance authorizations, treatment planning, programming, parent training, training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), writing behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with other therapy services the client receives RBT supervision, including scorecards and feedback Students in an ABA master's degree program to assist with the majority of PM duties with a full caseload are assigned to all centers within the company General Accountabilities Create and maintain client programming Analyze and provide ongoing plan for client’s programming on a monthly basis Create client behavior intervention plans and revise as needed Aid in behavioral support, including crisis management, as needed Conduct parent training at least monthly with each client’s family Complete assessments for current and future clients Train and provide feedback to RBTs on an ongoing basis Conduct RBT Competency renewals Provide RBT supervision Write insurance authorization reports Conduct monthly team observation trainings with both RBTs on a client’s team Meet billing quota for assigned clients Supervise assigned students seeking certification as BCBA/BCBA (if applicable) Job Qualifications Education: Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education or similar field Certification: BCBA Experience: 2+ years of related experience as a BCBA level employee (preferred, but not required) Has completed 8-hour BACB Supervisor Training course Experience working with ASD population (preferred, but not required) Skills Efficient computer skills including, but not limited to, data entry and internet use Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work independently Detail oriented and organized Excellent verbal and written communication Active listening Service orientation Training others Coordination of care Time management Monitoring Judgment and decision making Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) 3% Match Continuing education credits Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Life insurance PTO 7% Accrual Rate Professional development assistance Retirement plan Vision insurance Compensation package: Monthly bonus Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Travel requirement: Up to 10% travel (only for supervision of in-school clientele) Most work will be clinic-based - clients come to you! We are hiring at both of our Westfield Blvd Clinics, Westfield 1 and Westfield 2. Westfield 1 offers play-based traditional ABA therapy services for children 9 or younger. Westfield 2 specializes in serving clients 10-21 in age and offers both traditional ABA services and an Academy educational setting for individuals who are academically ready for school, but still require the support of a BCBA and RBT.
