General LaborerWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various manual tasks in support of production, construction, or warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is physically fit, able to follow instructions, and works well in a team environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with loading and unloading materials, equipment, and products. Operate basic tools and machinery, including forklifts (if certified). Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety and efficiency. Perform general maintenance duties, such as cleaning and prepping work areas. Assist in setting up, organizing, and breaking down equipment or materials. Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or safety concerns. Help with inventory management and material handling tasks. Support team members with various labor-intensive tasks as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers. Skills and Qualifications: Physical strength and stamina to perform manual tasks. Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team. Basic understanding of workplace safety and equipment handling. Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized. Previous experience in a general labor role is a plus but not required. Ability to lift and carry heavy items (typically up to 50 lbs). Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Working Conditions: May require working outdoors or in various weather conditions. Must be comfortable standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods. May involve exposure to dust, noise, or other workplace conditions.
