Logistics Coordinator- Mid
Job Description:
Our team is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator located in Quantico, Virginia. This person is the data and accountability person for equipment logistics. They are making sure the equipment records match reality, investigating discrepancies, documenting problems, and giving leadership visibility into the status of the inventory.
This position is located on-site in Quantico, VA. There are no remote or hybrid opportunities available.
Must hold an active Secret clearance.
Job Description:
Manage the equipment and logistics inventory data
Analyze large datasets to identify inventory discrepancies, anomalies, and trends
Perform quality control audits of equipment records and logistics data
Support and coordinate physical inventory inspections
Use Remedy and other enterprise tools to track and resolve logistics actions
Maintain accurate asset and inventory records in accordance with Marine corps requirements
Track corrective actions associated with audit findings or NCRS
Look for opportunities to improve logistics and inventory processes.
Job Requirements:
DoD asset management experience
Experience with IT hardware / assets, preferably network or end-user equipment
Excel skills: PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis
Experience with Remedy
GCSS-MC or DPAS experience is a strong plus.
Familiarity with NCR's and corrective actions (Non-Conformance Reports)
Education and other requirements:
High School degree of equivalent
Active Secret Clearance

The anticipated salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000 annually. The anticipated salary range for this position is provided in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. The final starting salary will be determined based on a variety of job-related factors, including the selected candidate's qualifications, skills, relevant experience, education, certifications, and work location (where applicable), as well as internal equity and market considerations
