Hybrid: 3 days onsite (Tues/Wed/Thurs) — Minnetonka, MN or Madison, WIHours: 40/week (W2)Duration: Contract approved through end of 2026 (strong chance of extension and/or conversion)We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join a collaborative, fast-moving marketing team supporting B2B healthcare plan marketing. This is a great fit for a detail-oriented marketer (around 2+ years of experience) who’s eager to learn, enjoys variety, and likes jumping in wherever needed to keep campaigns and projects moving forward.What you’ll doSupport planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channelsHelp build and manage creative briefs (gather inputs, organize insights, clarify objectives)Support email marketing strategy and execution for key audiences (providers, brokers, employers)Maintain editorial calendarDraft and edit contentManage segmentation, recency/frequency, and performance monitoringCoordinate marketing asset creation with internal partners and vendors (one-pagers, presentations, brochures, event materials, digital content)Perform quality checks to ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and complianceHelp deploy content across internal/external platforms and distribute materials to field/internal partnersTrack results and summarize insights/trends to support optimizationPitch in on team needs like events support, content updates, asset versioning, inbox/request routing, and template/tracker maintenanceRequiredBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business (or equivalent experience)2+ years in marketing/communications Strong writing, editing, and communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environmentSolid understanding of basic marketing concepts and channelsNice to haveExperience with email platforms, CMS tools, or social toolsExposure to brand standards and/or creative briefsBackground in B2B marketing and/or regulated industries (healthcare is a plus, not required)Familiarity with tools like HubSpot and Robohead (mentioned by the hiring team)
