Business Systems Analyst (Hybrid)

We're hiring a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Columbia, SC . This role offers a hybrid schedule, with onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday.Skills & Qualifications:2–5 years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, analytics, or related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience gathering and documenting business requirementsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong stakeholder management and facilitation skillsBasic SQL or query experiencePreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM and Field Service)Experience with Power BI and Power AppsKnowledge of Jira and MS ProjectUnderstanding of system integrations, database schemas, and application architectureKey Responsibilities:Partner with business stakeholders to understand, define, and document business needs and challengesElicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirementsCollaborate with product owners, developers, and UX teams to design and deliver technology solutionsProvide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-makingEducation:Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, economics, statistics, mathematics, finance, or related fieldThe salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000.TM Floyd & Company is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
