This role is responsible for managing configuration management activities across both developmental and operational systems, ensuring proper control of baselines, documentation, and change processes throughout the system lifecycle.The ideal candidate will bring experience supporting Agile environments while maintaining strong CM discipline, working collaboratively with engineering teams, program management, and customer stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain program baseline documentation, including CDRLs and non-CDRL deliverables, along with associated approval and delivery processesTrack and enforce configuration management policies across all hardware and software systemsCreate and maintain configuration baselines across development, test, and production environmentsDevelop, update, and implement Configuration Management (CM) plans, policies, and proceduresSupport full lifecycle CM activities from initial requirements through system end-of-lifePerform configuration status accounting, change control, and configuration auditsMaintain Software/Hardware Management Plans and related proceduresConduct and support inventory requirements in accordance with contract and customer expectations (annual and quarterly)Maintain inventory of GOTS and COTS licenses and hardware assetsPrepare reports and management information, including impact analysis and configuration status reportsOrganize and support CM audits of IT infrastructureIdentify configuration items and maintain configuration status accounting recordsHost and document Configuration Control Board (CCB) and Engineering Review Board (ERB) meetingsDevelop reports, templates, and documentation supporting CM processesParticipate in Agile ceremonies including release planning, daily scrums, and technical discussions Required QualificationsActive Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access and a PolygraphBachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree with 6–10 years of experience, OR 10 years of experience in lieu of degree6–8 years of experience as a Configuration Manager using CM tools and databasesExperience managing multiple baselines across development, test, and production environmentsExperience with Agile and/or SAFe development methodologiesExperience with Total Asset Management (TAM) of customer equipmentExperience with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, RocketChat, or Service+Strong written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively across teams Preferred QualificationsExperience with Confluence and SharePointExperience acquiring software and managing software licensesExperience establishing or improving Configuration Management processes and systemsExperience leading Change Management or Configuration Management teamsExperience improving and auditing deployment processesUnderstanding of CM processes across the full system lifecycleExperience with Government CM processes including SWAP, SWIDs, or similar tasking Pay Range$105-125kThe Ennoble First pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
