Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Product Sampling & Preparation Associate to support our production team by preparing product samples for customer orders, marketing, and internal use. This role is essential to ensuring our samples meet brand standards for quality, consistency, and presentation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands and finds satisfaction in the little details that make a big difference. Responsibilities: prepare, label, and package product samples according to company guidelines Apply labels neatly and consistently Assemble sample kits, discovery sets, and promotional packages Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area Carefully follow instructions and uphold quality standards Support packing and fulfillment operations as needed Track sample inventory and report low stock of supplies Assist with basic quality control to ensure samples meet standards Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth processes What We’re Looking For: Someone with a strong eye for detail and consistency Ability to work efficiently with repetitive tasks Comfortable working with small tools, bottles, labels, and packaging materials Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time well A team player with a can-do attitude Sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time Reliable transportation to and from our Miami location Ability to read, write, and communicate in English to follow production instructions and labeling requirements The perfect candidate may have a genuine interest in fragrance, cosmetics, or beauty care, and takes pride in results. Prior experience in beauty, skincare, fragrance, cosmetics, or production is a plus (not required) Schedule: Monday through Friday - 8am to 1pm Part-time schedule with opportunities for extra hours during peak seasons Ideal start date between February 2nd and 4th.
