Pay: $75,000-$95,000/year Shift: Vacation Relief | Must be flexible to cover various shifts Location: Turlock, CA Benefits: Full benefits packageAbout the RoleWe're looking for a Production Supervisor - Vacation Relief to lead production teams and keep daily operations running safely and efficiently. This role provides supervisory coverage across shifts while supporting production, food safety, quality, sanitation, and employee performance.Job ResponsibilitiesDirect production employees, assign work, and ensure daily production goals are achievedOversee dairy processing activities including receiving, pasteurization, separating, filling, mixing, packaging, and storageMonitor production equipment and coordinate timely repairs when issues occurSupport production scheduling and ensure ingredients, packaging, and other materials are available for upcoming runsMaintain food safety, quality, GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety standardsCoach, train, and develop employees while reinforcing performance expectationsManage timekeeping, performance evaluations, employee concerns, and other supervisory responsibilitiesConduct safety investigations and support required safety meetings and trainingIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, sanitation, productivity, and operating costsCommunicate effectively across shifts and work closely with production, HR, maintenance, and plant leadershipQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; related college degree preferred2-5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably within dairy or food productionPrevious supervisory, team lead, or demonstrated leadership experienceKnowledge of manufacturing processes, production flow, sanitation, and continuous improvementExperience supervising, coaching, training, and developing production employeesComfortable using Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems such as SAPStrong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and provide coverage across varying shiftsMust be able to read, write, and speak EnglishIf you're interested, please apply!
