The Preventative Maintenance Engineer will be responsible primarily for overall care and maintenance in guest rooms and other guest-facing areas of the hotel. This role directly impacts the guest experience and can involve interaction with guests and/or internal colleagues and teams; strong interpersonal skills and comfort engaging with others are essential. Qualifications Good communications skills required Previous maintenance experience preferred Strong troubleshooting skills (electricity, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, etc.) Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weight. Previous hotel experience are a plus
