Schedule: Full Time (40hrs/week) - Remote
What You'll Do:
Manages user incidents, requests, and stories in IT task tracking software and Microsoft DevOps.
Gathers requirements from users and stakeholders, creates sample user personas, and documents user workflow.
Designs wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Applies the results from user research and usability testing to create stories with detailed design specifications for the development team.
Brainstorms and communicates designs to users and developers.
Conducts quality assurance and usability tests, ensures application ease of use, and gathers feedback from users.
Requirements:
Must live in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, or Oklahoma.
Must attend New Hire Orientation in person.
1 year product design experience or equivalent experience administering an enterprise application.
