This organization has a long-standing reputation for leveraging machine learning to deliver personalized customer experiences and is at the forefront of AI innovation in the enterprise.The Role Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that enhance customer interactions and internal operations. Design, develop, test, deploy, and support various AI software components, including foundation model training and large language model inference. Utilize a broad range of Open Source and SaaS AI technologies, such as AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, VectorDBs, and PyTorch. Innovate and implement state-of-the-art LLM optimization techniques to improve the performance, scalability, cost, latency, and throughput of production AI systems. Contribute to the technical vision and long-term roadmap for foundational AI systems.What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with at least 10 years of experience, or a Master's degree with at least 8 years of experience in AI/ML algorithm or technology development. At least 10 years of programming experience with Python, Go, Scala, or Java. Experience deploying scalable and responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). Demonstrated ability to architect, design, develop, integrate, deliver, and support complex enterprise AI systems. Strong passion for staying updated on the latest AI research and applying novel techniques in production.
