To improve the lives of our customers, business partners, and employees – because we're more than just colleagues; we're your working partner!Essential DutiesIncrease incremental parts sales.Develop parts and service estimates and quotes as requiredProspect for new customersCoordinate with Parts Manager regarding customers, promotions, product needsMaintain Parts On Site CabinetsSell defined wear parts and promotional productsDeliver Parts when URGENTIncrease incremental labor sales.Coordinate with Service Manager regarding service quotes and customer concernsSell inspection agreementsSell maintenance packagesProspect for new customersSell Extended Warranty and SECURE / PowerGardBuild customer loyalty by promoting and representing the 4Rivers organization.Communicate customer problems via email to the responsible managers for resolution.Complete JDU CSR Certification pathComplete other training as defined by managerDevelop a customer call schedule for the assigned area of responsibilityMake customer calls as scheduledSubmit call reports in a timely mannerMaintain A and B customer machine listsComplete A and B customer product support purchasing profilesMeet product support sales objectivesEducation and QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentProfessional appearance and demeanorStrong industry knowledge / ability to learn the industry quicklyGood communication skillsEnergetic, Sociable and Self-MotivatedAssertive with a positive toneAble to make decisionsGood listenerStrong work ethic4Rivers Equipment is an equal opportunity employer.
