Job Title: Cybersecurity Program ManagerLocation: Frisco, TXDuration: Contract - 9 monthsJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise cybersecurity program management and a proven ability to deliver large, multi-workstream initiatives on scope, time, budget, and quality.Responsibilities:Lead internal projects end to end, meeting scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives through planning, control, and management.Manage corporate and third-party vendor efforts to plan, build, and implement solutions to internal issues.Act as strategist and recognized authority on leading-edge technologies, theories, and techniques to solve complex, sensitive problems.Determine and pursue courses of action essential to achieving program objectives across disciplines and business units.Serve as spokesperson for specialized projects or programs and champion large initiatives that impact long-range goals.Provide dedicated program management for critical Cyber programs including Vulnerability Management, Detection and Response, EOL/EOS, Enterprise Directory upgrades, governance, risk, compliance, lab assessments, and remediation.Own end-to-end execution for Cyber program workstreams with integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and RAID logs.Drive weekly execution cadence, resolve issues, and prepare executive-ready leadership reporting.Coordinate across Cyber, IT, Network Security, vendors, and partners and proactively identify and escalate risks with clear mitigation options.Required Skills & Qualifications:Enterprise cybersecurity program and project management with proven delivery of large, multi-workstream initiatives.Strong dependency, risk, and stakeholder management with ability to translate technical execution into executive communication.Technical knowledge of Vulnerability Management, Detection and Response (logging, red teaming, tabletop exercises), Network Segmentation, IAM/PAM (RBAC/JEA, ABAC), and SailPoint integration.Working knowledge of network and firewall security concepts and coordination of platform integrations.Experience managing dependencies with IT, networking, and external vendors, including audit readiness, evidence coordination, and remediation validation.Ability to explain technical gaps to non-technical stakeholders.Experience level: 15+ years in project management or similar roles with in-depth knowledge of services operational policies, processes, and methodologies.Education: First-level university degree required; advanced degree preferred. PMP certification required.Preferred Skills:Experience delivering programs in complex, matrixed IT infrastructure environments.Proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps, Confluence or SharePoint, Smartsheet, and status dashboards.
