Landscape Crew & Drivers

Shinto Landscaping is searching for Landscape Crew & Drivers to perform a variety of lawn care maintenance services for our commercial clients! Our Driver's must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. These positions are fulltime and benefit eligible positions and we pay weekly. We are looking for candidates who want a long-term career and we are ready to invest in their growth!Responsibilities:Mowing lawns using push and riding mowersTrimming and edging using gas powered trimmersHand pulling weedsPicking up trash and yard debrisOperating backpack blower to blow leaves and/or grass clippingsDrivers Only-Driving company vehicle to and from work sites with crew membersOther responsibilities as directedQualifications:1 year of landscape/lawn care experience is requiredBilingual--Spanish/Creole and English is idealMust be at least 18 yrs of ageDrivers Only-Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening; must be at least 21 yrs of ageFamiliarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping.Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.Must be able to work outside in all weather conditionsMust be able to lift 50lbs and walk 10+ miles a dayAbout Us: Shinto Landscaping is here to help improve, beautify and increase our customers’ business and property values through landscape.
