School Speech and Language Pathologist | Cibolo, Texas

This opportunity seeks experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide specialized support to K-12 students in a dynamic school environment located in San Antonio, Texas. The role involves working directly on-site across multiple schools within the district. This contract position requires a dedicated professional to deliver high-quality speech and language services to students, collaborating closely with educational teams and supporting school-aged children.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students.Prepare for and actively participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings.Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to support effective caseload management.Complete additional testing and documentation as required.Serve a caseload typically ranging from 80 to 100 students across three assigned campuses, with potential for more assignments.Qualifications:Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA.Valid Texas Speech Language Pathologist license issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).Prior school-based SLP experience preferred but not mandatory.Bilingual candidates welcome; monolingual candidates are also considered.Ability to work 40 hours per week and meet deadlines.Location:San Antonio, TX - serving multiple schools including elementary through high school levels.Benefits:Supportive work environment with SLPA assistance.Opportunity to impact diverse student populations aged K-12.Contract position with defined assignment dates.Assignments begin as soon as possible and run through late May 2026.
