This is a locum tenens assignment beginning March (or as soon as credentialed) and offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or call. The ideal provider brings prior Urology experience and is comfortable managing a steady outpatient caseload in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment. Assignment Details Start Date: March or upon completion of credentialing Schedule: Monday–Friday Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Setting: Outpatient Urology clinic Experience: Urology specialty experience required Compensation: $130 per hour Overtime: Applies after 40 hours per week Duration: Ongoing full‑time coverage Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient Urology care under physician supervision Conduct evaluations, follow‑ups, and management of common urologic conditions Perform and assist with in‑clinic procedures as credentialed Review diagnostics, labs, and imaging to support treatment planning Collaborate with Urologists, nursing staff, and support teams to ensure high‑quality patient care Document all encounters accurately and in a timely manner Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Urology experience required (minimum 1–2 years preferred) Active Washington license Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills Ability to work independently in a busy outpatient setting About Kadlec Clinic Urology Kadlec is part of Providence St. Joseph Health and serves as a leading specialty provider in the Tri‑Cities region.
