Job Title: Mechanical Assembler IIIJob Type: Contract (6 Months)Location: Minden, NV 89423(Onsite)Shift OptionsDay Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday–FridayPay Rate: $20.79/hr W2Swing Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–FridayPay Rate: $21.79/hr W2Job Summary:One of our clients is seeking Mechanical Assemblers to join their manufacturing team in Minden, NV. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience assembling, testing, and preparing mechanical equipment and components according to established specifications and procedures.This is a hands-on manufacturing role that requires the ability to stand for the duration of the shift, follow detailed instructions, and work efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.Responsibilities:Assemble mechanical components according to bill-of-material requirements.Perform functional testing on mechanical assemblies.Test-assemble equipment according to customer and internal specifications.Operate test equipment in accordance with engineering standards.Apply settings and calibrate and maintain assembly tools.Prepare completed assemblies for shipment.Follow established work instructions and assembly procedures accurately.Maintain productivity and quality standards throughout the shift.Work efficiently in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.Qualifications:1+ year of relevant mechanical or manufacturing experience.Strong mechanical background.High School Diploma or equivalent.Ability to accurately follow detailed instructions and procedures.Positive attitude and strong work ethic.Ability to work efficiently in a production environment.Ability to stand for the entire shift and assemble approximately 40 units per hour.Experience in any of the areas is a plus: Manufacturing, Mechanical Assembly, Sensors, Oil & Gas or Electrical.Tools & Systems:SAPSAP DMManufacturing/ERP systems
