This role is responsible for reviewing and auditing daily time reporting, ensuring payroll accuracy, and supporting job cost tracking. The ideal candidate will have a solid payroll background, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with HR and management. Key responsibilities include: Review and audit daily time and hours reports for over 700 employees to ensure accurate job cost tracking. Analyze employee time entries, identify discrepancies, and work closely with HR and Managers to resolve issues promptly. Process timecards efficiently and accurately to meet payroll deadlines. Maintain compliance with payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls. Ensure accurate recordkeeping and support payroll-related reporting as needed. Required skills and experience include: Minimum of 2 years of office support experience, with a strong emphasis on payroll processing. Hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting. High attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately. Preferred qualifications include: Prior experience auditing employee timecards or managing high-volume payroll environments. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Work environment and position details include: Onsite position based at the West Street location. Contract-to-hire opportunity, providing a pathway to full-time employment. Payroll responsibilities are dedicated solely to time and payroll processing, as benefits administration is handled separately. Job type and location: This is a contract to hire position based out of Wichita, KS. Pay and benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
