We are driven by a passion for quality, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering experiences that are as timeless as they are unforgettable.What We Do- Capital Markets Structuring: We lead capital raising across equity and debt, conduct market and site selection, structure partnerships, and develop reinvestment strategies- Property Development: We oversee architecture and design, manage construction, and drive residential real-estate sales from concept through completion.- Asset Management: We actively manage our hotel and restaurant assets, optimize performance, and make strategic refinancing and disposition decisions.- Hospitality Operations: We operate luxury hotels and restaurants, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and oversee all marketing and brand development efforts.Position OverviewThe architectural designer will report to the head of design, and collaborate with C12’s in-house design team, property teams, and outside consultants to deliver and maintain high-quality architectural products across the portfolio. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaboration-oriented, proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, and capable of developing design documentation through all phases of design as part of a growing team.Responsibilities• Develop architectural design drawings through all project phases, from programming and concept design through construction administration.• Maintain, organize, and communicate project documentation, including drawing sets, specifications, and revisions.• Coordinate the work of outside architects, engineers and other consultants to align project delivery for new construction and major renovation projects.• Assist head of design in tracking and communicating project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.• Contribute to strategic brand and design presentation assets, including design presentations for stakeholders, and collateral for marketing and sales.Required Qualifications• Professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an NAAB- accredited institution, or international equivalent.• 3-5 years post-graduation professional experience in hospitality, multifamily, or high-end residential project typologies.• Able to work efficiently in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Create Suite, and standard MS Office applications.• Ability to travel regularly to Bermuda, Texas, Turks & Caicos, and other locations where we may operate.Preferred Qualifications• Architectural licensure strongly preferred but not required.• Developing and inquisitive approach to learning the practice of architecture, including development of architectural drawing sets, construction documentation standards, building codes and regulations.• Stylistically agile, able to conceptualize varying project types and timelines• Collaborative, communicative, and constructive teammate• Proven ability to multi-task across multiple projects simultaneously• Love of travel, food, and creating fabulous properties in beautiful destinations.Compensation and Benefits• Salary range: $90,000 - $105,000 + performance bonus• Support for architectural licensure, exams (if required) or environmental credentials• Medical, dental, and vision benefits• PTO and paid holidays
