This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment and enjoys bringing structure and accuracy to complex workflows.You’ll partner with a collaborative accounting team and play a critical role in ensuring invoices, payments, and approvals are processed efficiently and accurately.Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Analyst:Process and code 100–200+ invoices monthly across multiple entitiesAllocate shared and vendor expenses to the appropriate entities and GL accountsPrepare and execute high-volume check runs and electronic paymentsInitiate wire and ACH transactions within banking platformsMaintain accurate AP records within the accounting systemProvide support with ad hoc AR tasks as neededWhat We’re Looking For in the Accounts Payable Analyst:Proven Accounts Payable experience in a multi-entity or allocation-heavy environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage high transaction volumeAbility to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced settingIntermediate Excel skills (SUMIF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, or similar functions)#INMAR2026
